The Juan de la Cosa Hotel is placed into the Berria’s beach, at two kilometres from Santoña, cradle of the famous navigator and cartographer. It is a singular building. The project of construction turned out to be a winner of a national contest of architecture in 1990. It has hospitable rooms decorated in agreeable tones and with a current style, in perfect tuning in with the landscape that is spied from the terraces.
